La Familia, located right off West 7th in down
town, is the perfect Fort Worth location. They have the best Tex-mex I have had in a
while. Because of how busy they were on Saturday night, we seated in a back
room. All I could think about is how great this location would be for a small
rehearsal dinner. The prices were great and the food was excellent. Everything
was extremely fresh; they even use diced beef instead of ground beef to impart more flavor into the food. They
have an awesome flaming margarita! It’s a margarita with sugar cube on fire which adds just the right amount of sweet. Their fajitas are also flaming, they set
it on fire at the table. However if you want more of a buffet style for the
dinner they do platters of food. It’s the perfect place for a tex-mex rehearsal
dinner. But be careful, they are closed on both Sunday and Monday!
